Terms and Conditions for Subscription and Online Payment
Jeddah Professional Football Academy
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the online payment platform and registering with the academy, the parent/guardian or subscriber acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions stated on this page.
2. Registration Through the Platform
1. Accurate and complete information must be provided when registering through the platform.
2. Registration with the academy will not be considered complete until the payment process has been successfully completed.
3. The parent/guardian is responsible for the accuracy of the information entered into the system.
3. Online Payment
1. Subscription fees must be paid through the payment methods available on the platform, such as:
- Mada cards
- Visa / Mastercard
- Apple Pay (if available)
2. All payment transactions are processed through a secure and approved electronic payment gateway.
3. After completing the payment, a confirmation will be sent via email or SMS.
4. Refund Policy
1. Fees paid through the platform are non-refundable once the registration is confirmed and the training program has started.
2. Refund requests may only be accepted in the following cases:
- Cancellation of the program by the academy.
- Duplicate payment made by mistake.
3. If a refund request is approved, the amount will be returned within 7–14 business days to the same payment method used for the payment.
5. Cancellation Policy
1. A subscription may be cancelled before the start of the training program according to the academy’s policy.
2. Once the training program has started, the subscription cannot be cancelled and the fees are non-refundable.
6. Attendance and Commitment
1. Players must adhere to the scheduled training sessions and times.
2. Repeated absence does not entitle the participant to a refund or compensation for missed sessions unless approved by the academy administration.
7. Safety and Medical Responsibility
1. The parent/guardian confirms that the player is medically fit to participate in football training.
2. The academy must be informed of any medical condition or injury before the start of training.
3. The academy is not responsible for any injury resulting during any training session or matches wither they are official or not official matches, also any injury resulting from incorrect or incomplete medical information provided during registration.
8. Photos and Media
By completing the registration and payment process, the parent/guardian agrees that photos or videos of the player taken during training activities may be used for the academy’s media, promotional, or marketing purposes.
9. Data Protection and Privacy
1. The information provided on the platform will be used solely for registration and subscription management purposes.
2. The academy is committed to protecting user data and will not share it with third parties except in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
10. Sports Uniform and Training Equipment Policy
In order to maintain a unified team identity and promote discipline within the academy, all registered players are required to wear the official academy uniform during training sessions, matches, and official academy activities.
The academy provides its official uniform and training equipment exclusively to registered academy players. This may include, but is not limited to, training shirts, shorts, sports socks, and other training apparel bearing the academy’s logo.
These items must be purchased directly through the academy to ensure quality standards and a consistent team appearance. Obtaining the official uniform is considered a mandatory requirement for participation in training sessions, matches, and official academy activities.
The sale of uniforms and training equipment is restricted to registered academy players only and is not available to the general public. The academy also reserves the right to update or modify the design or components of the official uniform when necessary to meet training program requirements or competition needs.
11. Modification of Terms
The academy reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform or participation in the academy programs constitutes acceptance of any updates.
